VCCL Region 8 (South East Country)

Team of the Year 2016/17

Three FTGDCA players have been selected in the Region 8 (South East Country) team of the year based on performances in Division 1 cricket during the home and away series.   The list is headed by opening bowler and Feaver Medal winner Cameron Wheeler from Upwey Tecoma.   Cody Morris from Eildon Park is once again chosen after dominating with the bat and three centuries.  Newcomer to the team is Mt Gate keeper/batsman Clint Buckland who arguably had his best season.   The remainder of the team is chosen from the West Gippsland, Yarra Valley & Mornington Peninsula Associations.
